AMC provides a complete suite of wastewater treatment services — from initial design and engineering to construction, commissioning, and long-term operation and maintenance. Every service is delivered with strict adherence to DENR standards and environmental regulations.

Custom STP Design & Engineering
Detailed engineering design and layout of Sewage Treatment Plants tailored to the client's wastewater volume, site conditions, and effluent quality requirements. Includes process selection (CAS, SBR, or MBR), equipment sizing, and full technical documentation.

STP Installation & Construction
End-to-end construction and installation of the designed STP, including civil works, mechanical and electrical installation, piping, instrumentation, and commissioning. AMC manages the full project from mobilization to turnover.

Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
Preventive and corrective maintenance, daily monitoring, chemical dosing, equipment checks, and regulatory reporting. AMC provides trained on-site operators and supervisors to ensure continuous, compliant STP operation.

Sludge Management & Disposal
Proper handling, dewatering, transport, and disposal of sludge generated by the STP in accordance with DENR regulations. Includes sludge drying bed management and coordination with accredited disposal facilities.

Water Quality Testing & Analysis
Regular sampling and laboratory analysis of influent and effluent water quality parameters (BOD, COD, TSS, pH, coliform, and others) to ensure compliance with DENR effluent standards and generate required reports for regulatory submissions.

DENR Compliance & Permitting
Assistance with DENR permit applications, discharge permits, compliance monitoring reports (CMR), and self-monitoring reports (SMR). AMC guides clients through the full regulatory compliance process.

STP System Upgrade & Rehabilitation
Assessment and rehabilitation of existing, underperforming, or non-compliant STP systems. Includes retrofitting older treatment technologies, upgrading to MBR or SBR processes, and restoring deteriorated civil and mechanical components.

Rapid response to STP breakdowns, pump failures, blower malfunctions, and other emergency situations that could lead to DENR violations. AMC provides 24/7 emergency support to all active O&M clients.

Sludge from the primary and secondary settling tanks is collected and directed to the sludge drying beds for dewatering and proper disposal in compliance with DENR regulations. Return Activated Sludge (RAS) is recycled back to the aeration basin to maintain optimal biological activity.
